Advanced Lacrosse USA is New Jersey's premier training program. We believe players learn best in small group environments with a low player to coach ratio and plenty of full speed reps! We offer 1 on 1 and Group Trainings, Clinics, Camps, Games and College Recruiting Services year round for Boys & Girls.

As the spring season unfolds, Advanced Lacrosse proudly announces the launch of Sunday Open Youth/Middle School Live play and Drill sessions, every Sunday from 12:00pm-1:00pm!

This is your opportunity to acquaint yourself with our training methods, ensuring optimal time utilization and structured coaching. Maximize repetitions to seamlessly integrate learned skills into your gameplay! Advanced Lacrosse made its name with our Small Group Indoor Trainings. Our innovative drills are very fast paced, the boys get plenty of reps with constant coaching from our position specific coaching staff

-Your son will be competing with other equally skilled and committed players who will compete inside and out of every rep. 

-Our indoor training sessions include a combination of position specific training and intense live play. Full Pads

-Numbers are capped to ensure each player gets quality runs and plenty of coaching

Spring Sundays: April-May

Starts: April 7th

Ends: May 5th 

(No session on 4/14)

Location: Sports Domain Academy, Clifton NJ

Time: 12:00pm- 1:00pm

Package: $275 for 5 sessions

Drop In: $65/session

**Field time, coaches and equipment have been allocated therefore we have a strict No Refund or Credits Policy. Do not register for sessions if you are unsure you’ll attend. 

Refunds & Credits

Please note that Advanced Lacrosse USA does not pro-rate nor offer refunds for missed days once the program has begun. We pay our coaches and field rentals based upon a set number of players who have registered for that program upon its commencement. We can not accommodate individual injury restrictions or health restrictions. We do our best to reduce close contact between players within reason, however lacrosse is a contact sport, and there are inherent risks that come with participation. Upon registration for any of the Advanced Lacrosse programs, you are agreeing to accept the risk that athletes may develop health conflicts, sustain injuries, have scheduling conflicts etc which may cause them to miss a day or more of the Advanced Lacrosse program without a refund. We will follow Covid procedures for our local, public school system, and reserve the right to impose regulations as such.

Directly after our Live play we have a Sunday shoot to score session. We will be shooting for an hour long going through form, technique and how to generate power and accuracy for your shot. 

• When taking shots we preach high percentage shot selection, being able to shoot with power and accuracy on the run or in a step down position. All night we will be working on proper high percentage shot selections from many variations on the field. Creating a fun, competitive atmosphere where skills will be perfected, and shots will find the net!

• Quick Release Shooting: On the Run,  Outa the Dodge and Step Downs - Perfecting our form shooting with Shot Velocity & Placement.
