Our main goal is to utilize our extensive experience from coaching and playing at high levels to help lacrosse goalies of all ages and skill levels improve their performance. In these training sessions, we ensure a challenging and competitive environment. Alongside refining technical skills, we prioritize nurturing the connection between mind and body. Through workshops, personalized coaching, and innovative training methods, we empower goalies to reach their full potential while enhancing their mental resilience.

During our training sessions, participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics such as;

• Positioning & Angles – Optimizing situational positioning in the goal to minimize the shooter's scoring opportunities.

• Footwork & Agility - Exercises to improve quickness and agility in the crease, allowing goalies to react faster to shots.

• Hand-Eye & Reaction Time - Exercises to sharpen reaction times and decision-making abilities, vital for making split-second saves during gameplay.

We can not accommodate individual injury restrictions or health restrictions. We do our best to reduce close contact between players within reason, however lacrosse is a contact sport, and there are inherent risks that come with participation. Upon registration for any of the Advanced Lacrosse programs, you are agreeing to accept the risk that athletes may develop health conflicts, sustain injuries, have scheduling conflicts etc which may cause them to miss a day or more of the Advanced Lacrosse program without a refund.
